Hay estudios donde han encontrado que<br \/>\nreducen el riesgo de c\u00e1ncer, enfermedades cardiovasculares y diabetes.<br \/>\nAlgunos frijoles que tal vez no conoc\u00edas son: Frijoles cannellinis, garbanzos, frijoles adzuki<br \/>\njaponeses, frijoles pintos tiernos y muchos m\u00e1s, los frijoles son uno de los alimentos vegetales<br \/>\nm\u00e1s poderosos y ricos en nutrientes que existen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e9 hacer con los frijoles ?<\/strong><br \/>\nMucha gente evita los frijoles porque simplemente no saben qu\u00e9 hacer con ellos. \u00bfEres uno de<br \/>\nellos?<br \/>\nSigue leyendo:<br \/>\n\u2022 Mezcla los frijoles con verduras en cubitos (como apio, chalotes, pimientos rojos) con<br \/>\nvinagreta para una ensalada r\u00e1pida de frijoles.<br \/>\n\u2022 Mezcle frijoles cocidos con tomates, cebollas y sus condimentos favoritos para crear una<br \/>\ndeliciosa sopa de frijoles.<br \/>\n\u2022 Cubre una ensalada verde con 1\/3 de taza de su frijol favorito.<br \/>\n\u2022 Haz pur\u00e9 de frijoles con un poco de aceite de oliva, un diente de ajo, sal y sus condimentos<br \/>\nfavoritos. \u00a1Voila! Una salsa r\u00e1pida o para untar en s\u00e1ndwich.<br \/>\n\u2022 Incluye 1\/3 de taza de frijoles con sus otros ingredientes favoritos la pr\u00f3xima vez que prepare<br \/>\npapas rellenas al horno o camotes.<br \/>\n\u2022 Agrega 1\/4 taza de frijoles en pur\u00e9 a su receta favorita de panqueques, gofres, muffins o<br \/>\npasteles.
